IOM Ballast from Sailsetc Aluminum Mold

The Sailsetc International One Meter streamlined ballast is cast with a brass 4mm rod running through the entire length. This allows the sharp ends of the bulb protection from damage and gives lateral stiffness to the narrow diameter of the bulb. It comes with a slot (8 mm x 80 mm x half bulb depth). The weight is approximately 2440 grams per bulb. The bulbs are cast with 6% antimony and 2% tin for hardness. Available in cast state requiring finishing and weight adjustment per your fin.
